I suffer from servere sciatic back pain and this last time it was the worse I had ever experienced. I started going to Aron the accupuncture specialist and I felt relief within an hour when I left his office. He focused on both sides where I felt the worse pain and I finally feel like I have found the answer to my problem. I highly recommend!

The acupuncturist at the Sanctuary, Aaron, is simply the best. I was looking to try acupuncture to relieve some body aches, but I was very nervous about it. The Sanctuary was recommended to me by a friend and since my pain was keeping me awake, I decided to get get it a try. 
During your first appointment, you have a short meeting with Aaron and he asks you questions about your concerns. From there, you have your first session. There is NO pressure to sign up for more than you want or need. 
Not only was my physical pain relieved, I walked away feeling completely calm and centered. I've been going for years. Sometimes I go once a week, sometimes I skip months. At this point, I know when I mentally, physically and emotionally need more acupuncture treatments. 
I cannot say enough good things about acupuncture treatments, Aaron, or the rest of the caring staff at the Sanctuary.

I was seeking an alternative to opioid pain killers to help with my low back pain (8/10). After a couple sessions with Aaron Li, I occasionally take an ibuprofen or two for the pain, but it's not very often. Aaron knows his stuff when it comes to acupuncture. I know a lot of people scoff at acupuncture or are afraid of the needles (they don't hurt, promise), but if you are suffering with pain, you owe it to yourself to at least try it.

My left shoulder has been hurting and I have not been able to raise my arm over my shoulder the last two months.

Very friendly and professional staff. I could tell the acupuncturist was very knowledgeable and skillful. I was nervous at first as this was my first time getting acupuncture, but the acupuncturist put me at ease and asked if I wanted the 'tranquility' point (which was right between my eyes). I accepted and felt much better after that. I had gone in seeking treatment for TMJD and felt a significant improvement afterwards.

I have had chronic neck/upper back/shoulder pain for almost 2 years.  I've tried everything: MDs, Chiropractors, massage, Physical Therapy, all types of medicines, Osteopathic Manipulation, and even acupuncture (at a different location).  About a week ago, my condition flared up even worse than usual.  Typically that resolves itself, but it takes a month or so.  Dr. Li cured it in one session.  Not only did she get rid of the flare up, but I felt better after seeing her than I had in two years.  She diagnosed my problem quickly and effectively, and even gave me a free cupping session, which was new to me and very effective.  She was professional and friendly, as was Lisa at the front desk.  I will be returning there often and highly recommend it to anybody.  And for anybody wondering how the "community" aspect works, it's not an issue.  People are very quiet, keep to themselves, and respectful.  It makes the treatments very affordable and is a great concept!

I love the idea of making acupuncture affordable for everyone. The setting is more casual than more expensive clinics but its kinda nice to come in and see others peacefully resting while receiving the benefits of acupuncture. The atmosphere is simple: clean quiet and calming. I have received several treatments so far and have signed up for a package deal of 10 treatments for $180 ($18 each visit) so I can continue to receive treatments at a reasonable cost. My condition improves each time I come in. Though there is usually no conversations in the treatment area, I have spoken to other folks in the waiting area who returned because they saw improvements in their health and/or decreased levels of pain.

I found this place almost a year ago and I must say I got so lucky. I chose Chinese medicine, because of its natural treatment. I've been seeing Aaron the acupuncturist for anxiety and tention. I'm feeling good and anxiety is gone. It takes more than couple of times to start seeing results. Aaron and his staff are amazing, very friendly and always caring. On top of that this place is affordable. Now i go there once a week or when I need it. Love it.

I can't say enough good things about Aaron Li. I had tried acupuncture in the past for back pain and it worked really well. I went to Aaron with the pain of three bulging discs in my low back. At first, I was skeptical.  An acquaintance had given me a business card for Aaron Li, the
acupuncturist at the Sanctuary.  After a few visits, the issues that compromised his posture and gait were being resolved.  That's when I knew I would have to make an appointment with Aaron.  I am so very glad I did.  He has been working with me to alleviate the stress and pain affecting my lower back and sciatica; and the pain throughout my shoulders and upper back.
Aaron is a kind and thoughtful practitioner.  He asks pertinent questions, answers from which then lead him to follow through on treatment.  Treatments may vary, depending on the issues
presented during the visit.  His work is done in an extremely relaxing group setting.   My
sessions have ranged in time from one to two hours.  As a result, my lower back issues with
sciatica have been resolved; and those of my upper shoulders and back are responding very
positively.  I would encourage any person experiencing chronic pain to give Aaron Li's acupuncture therapy a try.

I have had back pain for several months with not much relief from physical therapy. I was referred to Aaron Li after a friend of mine also had back issues and found relief from their pain.  In addition to the relief from my back pain, I also have been able to sleep much better.  Even before my back pain, I had trouble sleeping.  So far, I have received 4 treatments.  

The facility is very tranquil and I feel very comfortable.  It is very affordable and they offer packages.

If you are remotely considering acupuncture, even in the slightest, do your self a favor and go for an initial consultation with Aaron Li.  Aaron is so talented, knowledgeable and most important helpful. He a really nice person but serious about solving health problems. I received a recommendation from a neighbor that had suffered from chronic back pain and had tried many remedies.  He is now is doing much better after treatment.  I personally was having many health challenges but have been able to make great progress and I give a great deal of credit to Aaron for my progress. He does a great job explaining how acupuncture works and the affects on our bodies.  It has been a great experience for me, I am so glad my neighbor helped me to find Aaron.  I hope you help yourself too by paying Aaron a visit.  You will tell your friends.

I found this place online and wanted to give a try after many health issues and being desperate to find some help. I've had acupuncture treatments before but due to budget reasons couldn't continue with treatment. This place is serious, and Very clean. The community program that they offer, works perfect for me, since you get to pay whatever is within your budget($10-$35 per session), without sacrificing quality. To my surprise the acupuncture is working pretty fast and will be able to finish my treatment. Love the place!

I highly recommend Aaron Li. Aaron is a very skilled and knowledgeable Acupuncture specialist. 
I suffered with migraine headaches for most of my life and took prescription medicine for over 18 years.  It seemed to be the only thing that helped relieve my pain until I found Aaron Lei. Now I'm off the prescription medicine and free from debilitating headache pain!
I was so thrilled by the relief I found that I sent my daughter to see Aaron to see if he could help with chronic I B S issues and to her delight, the churning in her stomach stopped immediately!
I have also gone in for acupuncture treatments to help me with issues falling asleep and dizziness and I'm experiencing great success without having to take any medicine. 
The treatments are affordably priced, painless and very relaxing. I highly recommend purchasing a package! I find it to be very cost effective.

Aaron is the best !! He seams to always help me out of any kind of mess I get my self into. I'm a full time massage therapist and I typically have wrist and elbow issues that he can get rid of in one session. Aaron Li is amazing! I decided to give acupuncture a try when I was suffering from extreme fatigue. Next thing you know, I've got more energy, my stomach issues subsided, and I'm sleeping better at night!  He's helped with headaches, emotional issues, and stress relief as well. Aaron Li is a great acupuncturist. I tried acupuncture before, so far, he is the  best. He is skilled and professional. I went for my first treatment last week and after the treatment, I feel rejuvenated and relax. The next day, I got compliment from my colleagues and friends that I look great- and content. Have been having severe lower back pain. Issue is with my 4 & 5 due to my young age doctors do not recommend surgery and to look at alternate ways to cope with the problem. I had tried many things and acupuncture was next on the list. Within 24 hours I was feeling less pain and moving better than I had in the past months. I RECOMMEND THIS AND DR. Aaron!!!!

I had acupuncture my first time. Aaron did well with me and recommended that I do acupuncture only until I am in less pain so I did not feel that I was being over treated or pushed to spend. I am a tough case, really bad sciatica, many surgeries in the past two years, just really poor condition and he has began to heal me as of today.

I always get relief and feel better after a treatment. Aaron does a really good job of taking care of me, always professional, informative and helpful. I really appreciate and value what they offer. I recommend anyone who has medical issues (I have multiple) to try this. I have received treatments for low vitality, various chronic occipital and back pain, abdominal scar tissue issues and lymph flow obstruction problems. If you are not afraid of needles and are willing to give up your pain it works way better than a pill or some surgeons knife. You will be surprised what Aaron and acupuncture can do to help you!
